Six visits a year timed to your soil test, not the calendar. Pre-emergent in spring, slow release nitrogen through summer, and the grub treatment that made us so unpopular underground.
Aeration & overseed
Core aeration every fall, followed by a turf-type tall fescue blend that shrugs off August. This is the visit that changes the whole lawn.
